Started with a deployment of expanded storage systems for data privacy and protection compliance, and ended up defining a 5-year technology roadmap and marketing strategy to provide consumer awareness and access to healthcare records.
Started with improving the software quality of monthly campaign releases and ended with the creation of an internal digital delivery team of marketers, designers, and engineers resulting in a continuous delivery model that deployed daily campaigns driven by analytics and multi-variate testing results.
Started with the development and deployment of a new mobile services eCommerce site and ended with a self-service experience allowing customers to “try on” telecom services and buying only after it fits.
